Delivery coverage, fees, timings and how ZUNGZA handles a late order.

Delivery coverage

ZUNGZA delivers nationwide. International delivery is currently [yes / not yet] available; if you are outside Vietnam, please message through the Contact so ZUNGZA can quote a specific option and cost.

Carriers

ZUNGZA works with [names of carriers]. For orders within inner-city Hanoi, ZUNGZA can use [express delivery option] when you need it urgently.

Delivery times

Times are counted from when the order is confirmed, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed after [hours] will be processed on the next working day.

When an order is late

If an order runs past the estimated time by [number of days] days, message ZUNGZA with your order code. ZUNGZA will check with the carrier and reply to you within [number of hours] working hours — you do not need to contact the carrier yourself.

If an order is lost, ZUNGZA will resend the product or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

Address and recipient
