You can order from ZUNGZA in three ways: directly on the website, by messaging us on Zalo and social media, or by buying in person at the workshop at no. 31, DM6, Van Phuc craft village, Ha Dong, Hanoi. Domestic orders are sent anywhere in Vietnam, and we can ship abroad as well.
Ordering on the website
This is the fastest way. Look through the scents in the shop, choose the candle line that suits you, then fill in your delivery details. If you are not sure which scent to pick, two quick reads usually help: scents for the bedroom and the living room và choosing a candle as a gift.
Messaging us
If you would like to ask first, or need a multi-item order for a special occasion, messaging suits better. We will ask a few questions about your space, about the person receiving it and about when you need it, then keep the suggestions short. All the contact channels are on the contact page.
For gift orders, ZUNGZA offers a separate wrapping service with wooden boxes, paper boxes, silk scarves, canvas, jute and linen, along with a handwritten note in your own words. This is a paid service, and we go through the details right in the conversation so you can choose exactly the level you want.
Buying at the workshop
Our workshop is at no. 31, DM6, Van Phuc craft village, Ha Dong, Hanoi. Coming here, you can smell the real scents, hold the real cups and even see the wax cooling. If you would like a quieter day, message us an hour ahead so we can make room and receive you properly.
Delivery
Domestic orders are sent throughout Vietnam and usually arrive within two to five days depending on distance. We have shipped international orders to many places, and the timings and packing are set out in the shipping policy và delivery and returns page.
