THE SCENT STORY

From a fifteen-year-old cinnamon tree, harvested by farmers, then thirty more days drying in natural sun after being shaped in the mould, and one more day of sanding, comes a cinnamon cup with no two ever alike. Tra Bong cinnamon — warm, dry, lightly sweet.
The scent rises from the bark itself and from the oil inside the wax.

Wax weight: 125g soy wax
Burn time: close to 40 hours

blended soy wax, blended fragrance oils, cotton wicks

HOW TO USE xem

Trim the wick: always trim it to about 0.5 cm before lighting to avoid black smoke.
Burn time: burn for 2 to 4 hours at a time so the wax melts evenly and does not tunnel.
Putting it out: use a dipper to press the wick into the melted wax, or put the lid on; do not blow it out, as that causes acrid smoke.
Safety: place the candle on a flat surface, away from draughts, and never burn it in a fully closed room.

- Ha Noi: 1–2 days. Other provinces: 2–5 days.

- Exchanges and returns within 7 days of receipt if the product is still sealed, in its box and unused. Products engraved with a name or printed with a personal message are not eligible.

- Products faulty in transit or from production: ZUNGZA replaces them and covers all shipping costs.
