Can't find your order?

The order code is in the confirmation email ZUNGZA sends right after you place an order. If you can't see the email, please check your spam folder first.

Order statuses

  • Awaiting confirmation — ZUNGZA has received your order and is checking stock and delivery details.
  • Processing — the order is confirmed and being packed at the workshop.
  • On the way — the order has been handed over to the carrier.
  • Completed — the order has reached you.
